Return or refund an order
Every magnet is custom-made to order, so all sales are final. The one exception: if your order arrives with physical damage or a print error, we’ll refund it in full. Here’s how to request that.

Products that arrive damaged, or with a printing/manufacturing error, with photo proof.
🕐 Cancel within 1 hour
Placed an order by mistake? You can cancel for a full refund within 1 hour, before production starts.
❌ Not eligible
Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or errors in the artwork/spelling/size you submitted at checkout.
- Take clear photos of the damage or print error on the product.
- Fill out the form below — enter your order number, describe the issue, and attach your photos directly in the form.
- Submit. We review every request and refund the full amount if the damage or print error is confirmed.
The return request form goes here. In the theme editor, open this section and Add block → Apps → Shopify Forms, then add a photo-upload field.
